This is a digital matte painting for the independent movie Nydenion.

To get more painting practice I tried to stay away from textures and brush voodoo as much as I could. This was pretty hard as it expanded the time for painting very, but at the same time it gave me a lot of practice and felt like time travelling to the good old glass shot matte painting days.

The original file is 5000x2529 at 300dpi, so there's a lot of detail in it, which made it not easier for me as I have fallen in love with this whole greeble stuff ;-)

We will add some air traffic and people on the plattforms, I will post a note when we have a finished comp.
